Hannah believes life is best lived well.

She is a qualified yoga teacher, a registered dietitian & nutritionist, and a certified wellbeing coach.

Flow Well Co. came from the idea that looking at health & wellbeing cannot be done in isolation - that your wellness is a fine balance of body and mind.

Flow Well Co. offers consultations and workshops with a focus on nutrition. 

Hannah has been working in the nutrition field for over 10 years. She is a clinical dietitian and a nutritionist - meaning she can guide you through managing medical conditions, as well as work with you to get to your best health through nutritional management. Her approach is evidence-based - helping you to cut through the nutritional pseudoscience BS and find what works for your body, mind and wellbeing.

YOGA

Across East Sussex, Hannah practices a flowing style of yoga - known as vinyasa - which aims to focus the mind and the body with the breath. She has a relaxed approach to her classes, and wants to make everyone welcome - whether newbie or seasoned yogi - on the mat.

You don't need to be flexible, just come along with an open mind. Yoga develops strength and balance, as well as flexibility. If you're still unsure, then get in touch, Hannah is always ready to convince you otherwise!

Hannah is a behaviour-change specialist and a certified wellbeing coach. But what does that mean? It means I can help get you to where you want to be. What do you want from your life? Your health? Your fitness?
